Lauren Curet is a writer, opera singer, actor, and a New Yorker. Previous stage credits include: At the Art of Acting Studio: Leonata in Much Ado About Nothing, Natasha in Three Sisters, Aurora in Nicky, and Begum Akhtar in Is Krishna There? Abridged. Elsewhere: Begum Akhtar in the 3-time award-winning show Is Krishna There? (NAMBA Performing Arts and 905 Cole Theater), Dream in Therapy (The Secret Theatre), Lauren in According to This… (SQUARE1 in New York) and Lauren in Girls Be Heard (NYC International Fringe Festival and United Nations). Opera Credits Include: Zerlina in Don Giovanni (Italy), Cendrillion in Cendrillion (Manhattan School of Music), Suor Bianca in I dialoghi delle Carmelitane (Italy), and Adele in Die Fledermaus (The Juilliard School). She holds degrees from Manhattan School of Music, The Juilliard School, and The Art of Acting Studio. In her off time, Lauren is a marathon runner and Krav Maga fighter.
