Improv (or Improvisation) is the practice of creating, composing or performing with little or no preparation. It is the art of learning how to agree in a situation that might seem abnormal or confrontational. Agreeing with a situation leads to discovery, collaboration & forward momentum. It unleashes unknown depths of creativity. It enhances one’s ability to think outside the box easily. In this workshop, students will explore the basic principles of improv and discover how they can enhance their work as performers and support their overall wellbeing in moving forward in our new online reality. And it’ll be a lot of fun.
